We deliver services through secure online video sessions with licensed, board-certified clinicians so that receiving compassionate, quality mental health care treatment can be accessible and convenient from wherever you're located throughout the state.
Our psychotherapists offer a safe space to work through the challenges of life with authentic, non-judgmental support and understanding. They are excellent listeners who use research-based treatment methods including Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Mindfulness and Relaxation Skill Building, among others.
Some of our therapy treatment specialties include stress, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, change, loss and grief, self-esteem, and trauma. Our clinicians are able to address a wide range of other life experiences that can impact mental health and disrupt overall well-being.
Medication Management for Anxiety & Depression
Anxiety and depression affect millions of people every year and in many cases can be treated by remote or online care. Our medication management clinicians focus on treating depression and anxiety (social anxiety, generalized anxiety, panic disorder or PTSD) in individuals 18 years or older. We may treat younger individuals on a case-by-case basis with parental approval.
Medication for anxiety and depression can help boost mood and improve the effectiveness of treatment more quickly. Treatment of depression and anxiety that combines psychotherapy and medication can often give better results than one treatment method alone.
WellMynd offers a collaborative, integrative approach that offers expert guidance while prioritizing the needs and interests of each individual client. We work together to build a treatment plan that feels appropriate to the individual. These may include online psychotherapy, medication management, wellness services, or a combination.
Online mental health care is shown to be as effective as in-person treatment in many cases and offers flexibility, convenience, and accessibility.
