Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Standard Shipping (US): 5-7 business days � Free on orders over $50, otherwise $4.99
Expedited Shipping (US): 2-3 business days � $9.99
Overnight Shipping (US): 1 business day � $19.99
International Shipping: 10-21 business days � Rates calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier website.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. WellMynd is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

WellMynd is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@wellmynd.com and we will do our best to assist you.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.
