At WellMynd, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@wellmynd.com with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, contact us at support@wellmynd.com.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
